He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Weston and Bonnie L. Weston (Fryar). He is survived by: his sons, Justin Weston and James "Bubba" Weston (Virginia); his grandchildren, Yasmine Weston, Jace Weston, Mae Weston and James "Bubba" Weston Jr.; his great grandchild Jayda Wheeler; his sisters, Eileen Saveall (Patrick) and Patricia Harper (Les); his uncle Eddie Ray Weston; his aunt Betty Davis; and the mother of his children Janet Weston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews along with a host of other family and friends.
