We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2024, at the age of 72, Sammy David Watters of Mount Ida, Arkansas, born in Gurdon, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Sammy Houston and Mayetta Watters; and his sisters, Joyce Melugin and Betty Watters. He is survived by : his wife Doreen Watters of Mount Ida, Arkansas; his children, Misty Wilson (Joel) of Murfreesboro, Crystal Crain of Nashville and Phillip Crain of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his sister Patricia Kirksey of Gurdon, Arkansas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and numerous nephews.
