She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Coonts and Allie Coonts (Bolin); her granddaughter Laken Jean Holt; her siblings, David Arlis Coonts and Charlotte Gibson; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Coonts and Donnita Coonts.
She is survived by: her husband Earl Freeman; her children, Leona (Brad Anderson), Melissa (Jimmy Holt) and E. J. (Vestina Freeman); her grandchildren, Andy (Summer), Ali (Colten), Logan, Eason and Elliott; her great grandchild Remi; her brothers, Kenneth Coonts (Peggy), Roy Coonts, Glenn Coonts (Sherri), Dale Coonts (Iva) and Lexie Coonts; and her brother-in-law Rick Gibson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives and many dear friends.
