He is survived by: his children, Shane Spence (Michelle), Lisa Carlon (Paul) and Katrina Spence; his sister Adalene Spence Green; his grandchildren, Ashley, Aaron, Makenzie, Caleb, Dustin, Justin and Christina; his great grandchildren, Adelynn, Drake, Ryleigh, Gabriel, Alyssa, Kyra, Bishop, Roderick, Nora and Silas; and his close friends, Andrea Martz, Brittnee Donaldson, Johnda Gosnell, Lisa Malott (Donnie), Chris Johnson (Mary Jo) and Shonna Barlow (Judd). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
