She is survived by: her son Vincent Wayne Poczik, Sr. (Debra); her daughter-in-law Carol Poczik; and her grandchildren, Vincent Wayne Poczik, Jr. (Lisa), Jennifer Lynn Schoof (David), Katrina Smith and Laura Poczik. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
