He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Russell and Jean Russell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Tricia" Jenkins Russell; his grandchildren, Isla and Miles West of Jonesboro, Arkansas.; Maxine Melton Russell of Hardy, Arkansas, Allan Baldridge of Batesville, Arkansas and Jamie Bratcher (Stacy) of Hardy. He is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Tri-County Funeral Home (1540 US-412, Hardy, AR 72542). A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
