He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Rouse and Ivon Rouse (Treat); and his brother Charles "Chuck" Rouse. He is survived by: his children, Katie Jackson (Andrew), Ariel Williams, Baylyin Rouse and Hayden Rouse; his grandchildren, Lily Baker and Harlynn Jackson; and his siblings, Don Rouse (Cindy), Scott Rouse (Laura) and Myrna Killian (Kent).
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Conner Family Funeral Home & Cremation Center (2833 Hwy 62 W, Mountain Home, AR 72653).
