He is survived by: his children, Tena Recktenwald (Bob), Vicki Campbell (Dale), Melissa Gray (Terry), Lisa Wood, Dale Bradley (Kellie) and Curtis Douglas (Loretta); and his sister Laverne Collins. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
