It is with sadness that the passing of Daniel Lee Proffitt (Mountain Home, Arkansas) is shared. Daniel, born on September 28, 1952 in Canon City, Colorado, passed away on October 17, 2026. He was predeceased by: his parents, Parker Proffitt and LaVon Randall Proffitt; his brother Harvey Addison; and his grandparents, Jack and Esther Randall.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Proffitt; his sister Mary McShane; his children, Wesley Proffitt (Kristen) and LaVon Fairchild (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Theo, Leon and Lavonna.
