He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd David and Mary Louise Ingerson (Atwell); his wife Dayle Marie Ingerson; and his son Bill Ingerson. He is survived by: his significant other Phoebe McAllister; his children, James Ingerson (Denise Bonilla), Toby Ingerson (Lisa) and Beth Ingerson (Chris "Marty" Martin); his grandchildren, Gavin Vetter, Trace Martin, Joelle Martin and Madelynn Martin; and his sisters, Judi Hinshaw (Korwin) and Vicky Herriman (Greg).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge (301 N Chestnut St, Marceline, MO 64658).
