She is survived by: her parents, Sue Thompson Tetrick Fry (Chris) and Mark Tetrick (Brenda); her siblings, Cheryl Lynne (Justin) and Brandon Tetrick (Courtney); her stepsiblings, Christopher Jr. Fry (Samantha), Brooke Maggiore (Anthony), Jennifer Bently (Patrick) and Crystal Fuller; her grandparents, Ferd and Nita Tetrick; and her close friend Kristin Speer. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, one great-niece.
