He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Partee and Maxine Partee; and his son Steven "Jimmy" Partee. He is survived by: his wife Josephine; his daughters, Staci Berg (David) and Lauren Moore (Allen); his grandchildren, Chrissy, Ashley, Sierra, Jayson and Hannah; and his great grandchildren, Everleigh and Olivia.
