He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Jim Farley; and his parents, Harold Churchill and Marjorie Churchill (Cockrum). He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Adams (Bryce Adams) of Mountain Home; his grandchildren, Charley Martin of Mountain Home and Allison Adams of Mountain Home; and his siblings, Larry D. Churchill (Suzzanne) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Tony Churchill of Florida and Kathy Farley of Jonesboro, Arkansas.. He is also survived by one niece, three nephews, one great-niece, and four great-nephews.
