He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Turner of Mountain Home; his parents, J. B. Turner and Annie Turner of Ruleville; Betty Ann Brewer of Jackson, Tennessee.. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Cole (Lane) of Mountain Home, Harvey "Bubba" Turner Jr. (Dee Dee) of Mountain Home, Mike Turner (Patricia) of Mountain Home and Lee Turner of Mountain Home; his grandchildren, Lindsey Turner Sanders (Michael) of Mountain Home, Carson White of Mountain Home, Blaine White of Mountain Home, Samara and Cindy Kay Turner of Indiana; and his siblings, Mike Turner of Jackson and Berniece Kelly of Water Valley, Mississippi..
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Roller Funeral Home (25 Co Rd 27, Mountain Home, AR 72653). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
