Irving Bourgeois Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irving Bourgeois of Mountain Home, Arkansas, who passed away on October 1, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence P. Bourgeois, Sr. and Juliett Guillot Bourgeois; and his siblings, Lawrence Bourgeois, Jr., Adolph Bourgeois, Gloria Duvieilh and Joyce Woods.

He is survived by: his children, Vallene Danhauer (Eddie) of Mountain Home, Yvonne Steenken of Columbia and Allan Bourgeois (Dottie) of Lee, Florida; and his brothers, Laigj Bourgeois of Metairie and Gerald Bourgeois of Rogers, Arkansas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren and three stepchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made Hospice House of the Ozarks in Mountain Home.
