Irving Bourgeois Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irving Bourgeois of Mountain Home, Arkansas, who passed away on October 1, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence P. Bourgeois, Sr. and Juliett Guillot Bourgeois; and his brothers, Lawrence Bourgeois, Jr. and Adolph Bourgeois. He is survived by: his children, Vallene Danhauer (Eddie) of Mountain Home, Yvonne Steenken of Columbia and Allan Bourgeois (Dottie) of Lee, Florida; and his brothers, Laigj Bourgeois of Metairie and Gerald Bourgeois of Rogers, Arkansas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, and three stepchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roller Funeral Home (25 Co Rd 27, Mountain Home, AR 72653). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church (250 Dyer St, Mountain Home, AR 72653). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Cemetery (2420 Harrell Rd, Orlando, FL 32817).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation or the Hospice House of the Ozarks in Mountain Home.
