He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dean and Rose Ditta Leach. He is survived by: his wife Delores Jackson Leach; his children, Kristi Jewell (Michael), Karyn Jones (Chester, Jr.) and Jack Jr. (Deborah); his grandchildren, Mason Jones (Juliette), Cheston Jones (Carrie), Jackson Jones, Morgan Andersen (Robby), Jessica Leach and Kale Leach; his great grandchildren, Westin Watts, Cayde Jones and Casey Jones; and his sister Lynn Wilson. He is also survived by extended family including nieces, nephews and cousins.
