He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph D. Shelton Sr. and Ethel "Louise" Shelton (Hager); his brothers, Ralph D. Shelton and Johnny Charles "Fuzz" Shelton; his former life partner Shelby "Jean" Shelton (Seratt); and his son Randy Lee "Rando" Shelton.
He is survived by : his wife Glenda M. Shelton (Crittendon) of Mountain Home, AR; his children, David C. Bandy (Bonnie) of Lakeview, AR and Raye Lynn Doom (Shelton) of Lewisville, TX; his daughter-in-law Susan Shelton (Cate) of Corning, AR; his grandchildren, Lauren Shelton (Mary) of Mobile, AL., Elyssa Washburn (Preston) of Lewisville, TX, Wesley Doom (Elizabeth) of Prairie Grove, AR, Joseph Bandy (Lien), NJ and Noah Bandy (Elizabeth) of Rogers, AR; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Emerson, Avery, Emma and Finley. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
