He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Lively (Arizona) and Nancy Cleveland (Texas). He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his brother Ralph Lively (Renate) of Fairbanks, AK; his daughter Angela Cousins of Huntsville, AR; and his stepchildren, Ruark William Dreher (Sara) of Los Angeles, CA and Kimberly Hoyt (Darrel) of Grand Junction, CO. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and their children and grandchildren.
