She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Douglas and Della Douglas (Taylor); her husband Guy Collins; and her siblings, Lois, Joann and Bryan.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Cagle, Judy Pratt and Ricky Collins (Jolana); her grandsons, Jeff, Tim, Dylan Harrington, Chris, Matt Collins and Michael Cagle; and her nephew Rob Collins. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Douglas Cemetery (173 Cannie Baker Rd, Mountain Home, AR 72653).
