She is survived by: her son Jeff Jordan (Dolly); her grandsons, Michael and Matthew Jordan; and her great grandchild Liam Jordan. She is also survived by many extended family members and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to The CART Fund, which supports research to end Alzheimer's disease.
