He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kincade and Sue Kincade (Casiday). He is survived by: his wife Donna Lea Kincade; his sons, Jeff (Theresa) and Jason (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Kolt (Abby), Alexis, Bryce, Anistyn and Abigail; his nephew Shannon (Tina); and his great-niece Ashton.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bomber Booster Club.
