He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Leonard and Edwin Leonard; his wife Virginia Leonard; his stepfather Andrew Miller; his brother Edwin Leonard Jr.; his son Daniel Leonard; and his grandson David Rieb, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Rieb (David) and David Leonard (Allison); his grandchildren, Julie, Ron, Amanda, Kyle and Abigail; his great grandchildren, Destinee, Rider, Kalee, Rheese, Evelyn and Olivia; his great great grandchildren, Desmond, Theodore and Harrison; and his sister-in-law Beverly.
