He was predeceased by : his parents, Noel Rowe and Wilma Rowe (Neyhouse); and his wife Patricia A. Rowe (Price). He is survived by : his daughters, Dana Rowlett (George) of Mountain Home and Mandy Brown (Doug) of Mountain Home; his grandchildren, Mollie Salazar (Alex) of Birmingham, Sam Rowlett (Emma) of Little Rock, Meredith Rowlett of Dallas, Grant Dodson of Hollister and Marleigh Lewis (Travis) of Conway; and his great grandchildren, Porter, Edith, Evalyn Salazar and Sawyer Rowlett.
