He was predeceased by: his father Lorenzo Devito. He is survived by: his wife Debra Devito; and his daughter Gina Devito Jackson. He is also survived by many family members and close friends.

Anthony also donated to the Rosco P. Coltrain, along with the Stone County Humane Society.
