He was predeceased by : his parents, Billy Joe Smith and Elwanda Smith (Westerfield); and his granddaughter Chloe Dickson. He is survived by : his wife Lori of Mountain View; and his siblings, Sandra Schultz (Alvin) of Orlando, FL, Jo Ann Mullins (Albert) of Lake City, Ralph Smith (Kathy) of Newport and Bill Smith Jr. (Sharri) of Newport.
