He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Herman Foll and Neva Petty Foll; and his brothers, John Foll and Ralph Herman Foll. He is survived by: his wife Julia Holt Foll; his sons, Stanton Foll (Cheryl Foll) and Barton Foll (Deanna Foll); his sisters, Faye Jeffery of Rogers and Joy Beard of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and his sister-in-law Frances Foll. He is also survived by six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and five nieces and nephews.
