He was predeceased by : his father Oscar Halpain; his siblings, Nina Morgan, Johnny Halpain and Frank Halpain; and his nieces and nephews, Fredia Halpain, Donna Jean Halpain, William Halpain and Ronald Halpain.
He is survived by : his children, Alvin Lee Halpain of Iowa and Amy Stevens. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven nieces; seven nephews and many other cousins and friends.
