She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Henry" Anderson and Lola Anderson (Thomas); and her husband Clarence Smith. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Holden (Ken), Vicki Proctor, Jr. (JP), Robert Smith, Tony Smith, Eddie Smith and Peggy Smith (James); her brothers, Dennis Anderson and Ronnie Anderson (Marva Jean); her grandchildren, McKenna Santucci (Tres), Maggie Rowland (Blake), Samantha Doyle (Brandon), John Harness (Brandis), Holly Garrigus (Jody), Latosha Wilson (Lucas), Anthony Smith, April Smith, Ashley Smith, Heather Graham (Justin), Britney Harmon (Danny) and Whitley Smith; and her niece Cindy L. Stage (Mike).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Roller Crouch Chapel (405 S Peabody Ave, Mountain View, AR 72560). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Fifty Six Cemetery Fund at Centennial Bank in memory of Jackie Smith.
