She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Wixson and Vera Wixson; her former husband James N. Perkins; and her siblings, Bill, Cliff, Ronald, Emily Dale, Bettye and Zola.
She is survived by: her children, Stanley Perkins (Lynn) of Holt Smmitt, Phyllis Healey (Mike) of Jacksonville, Paula Pankey (Billy) of Mountain View and Daniel Perkins of Cabot, Arkansas; and her husband Doc Perkins. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in her honor to New Liberty Baptist Church 2804 US-61, Blytheville, AR 72315 or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
