He was predeceased by : his parents, Von Ivy and Earnestine Ivy (Storey); his grandparents, Luther (Doc), Mattie Storey, Joe Ivy and Ona Smith Ivy; and his sister-in-law Teresa Cowell (Risner).
He is survived by : his wife Ronda Ivy; his sons, Richard Ivy of Mountain View and Adam Ivy (Gilbert Acosta) of Austin, Texas; and his granddaughters, Emma and Isabella Ivy of Mountain View. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many lifelong friends.
