He is survived by: his mother Roberta Harnden VanderWeide; his stepfather Jack Hooten; his sister Letha Caetano; his nieces, Kimberly Rhoads of Mountainburg and Brandie Polly of Mountainburg; and his stepsiblings, Carol Francella, Andy VanderWeide of California and Dirk Hirst of California.
