He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Bowman and Hadley Creekmore; and his son-in-law Charles Shelly. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Creekmore; his siblings, John Salyer (Linda) of Alma and Carolyn Cochran (Roy Gene) of Mountainburg; his daughters, Carla Hight (Danny) of Alma, Debbie Anderson (Mike) of Ozark and Pam Mirus (Darrell) of Mountainburg; his grandchildren, Daniel Hight (Teresa), Kristi Anderson (Lance Jennings) and Christopher Shelly (Virginia); and his great grandchildren, Austin, Tyler, Bryson, Adam, Henry and Lily.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Pigeon Creek Freewill Baptist (1421 Pigeon Creek Rd, Mountainburg, AR 72946).
