He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Garvin and Ethel Garvin (Anglin). He is survived by : his wife Linda Garvin (Hart); his children, Lori Marion (Tony) of Bakersfield, CA, Carla Bell (Cody) of Choctaw, OK and David Garvin (Christie) of Bakersfield, CA; his granddaughters, Sara Panek, Emily Mashburn and Chelsey Garvin; and his sister Joan Floyd. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
