He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Spears and Marjorie Wilcox (Elliott); and his siblings, Norma Faye Mojica, Mary Ann Barker and John Wesley Wilcox.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Wilcox (Callahan); his children, Dr. Donald Spears Wilcox, Jr. (Robin) of Rosebud, AR, Teri Jean Johnson (Christopher) of Goodman, MO and Joseph Lee Wilcox (Jessica) of Mulberry, AR; his grandchildren, Grant Spears Wilcox, Alicen James, Auburn Stewart, Elijah Johnson, Benjamin Wilcox, Lillian Johnson, Noah Johnson and Levi Wilcox; his great grandchildren, Ivy River Stewart and Wyatt Austin James; and his sister Glenda Nell Pannell.
