He was predeceased by : his parents, William Whitlock and Maude Whitlock (Rogers); his wife Peggy Ann Whitlock (Rhodes); and his sister Lorene Bolinder. He is survived by : his children, Lois Brown of Prairie Grove, Dr. Jennifer Burks (Jeff) of Fort Smith and Steve Whitlock (Ann) of Alma; his grandchildren, Aimee Hill, Wesley Wagner, Jeff Wagner, Sara Jo Whitlock, Beth Lyn Barber, Savannah Burks and Samuel Burks; and his nieces, Mary Root (Rodney) of Ashville, AL and Lora Connaughton (Paul) of Lewisville, TX.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
