He was predeceased by : his parents, Delmer Peters and Grace Peters (Milligan); his wife Betty Peters (Caster); and his sisters, Wanda Dunn and Catherine Hughes.
He is survived by : his children, Terry Peters (Lori) of Mulberry, AR, Dwain Peters of Mulberry, AR and Delana Carroll of Mulberry, AR. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
