He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam William Parrish and Bonnie Cowan Parrish; and his siblings, Charlie Jay Parrish, Terry Lynn Parrish, Jerry Glynn Parrish and Betty Kirby.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Huggins Parrish; his children, Shawn Parrish of Mulberry and Amy Taylor (Buddy Ray) of Mulberry; his sister Robbie Jean Dunn of Mulberry; his grandchildren, Jacob Edward Edge (Madison) of Rudy, Caleb William Edge of Little Rock, Dylan Ray Parrish of Mulberry, Matthew David Parrish of Mulberry, Kiran Mae Parrish of Nevada and Graham Joseph Parrish of Nevada; and his great grandchild River Jade Edge.
