We are sad to announce that, on May 17, 2026, at the age of 76, Johnny Lyndell Hunter of Mulberry, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Olaf Hunter and Irene Jackson Hunter; his children, Kendall Curtis Hunter and Michelle Lea Hunter; his sister Sherida Easterling; and his nephew Steven Easterling.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Hunter (Page) of Foster, Nathan Hunter of Mulberry, Vanessa Hunter (Tessa) of Fort Worth, Texas and Mary Beth Hunter of Bella Vista; his daughter-in-law Brittney Hunter of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Ginavieve Hunter, Pyper Hunter, Noah Hunter, Ryder Hunter, Jacob Hunter, Lucas Fancher, Kali Fancher Mains and Kadin Fancher; his brother-in-law Larry Easterling; his nieces, Becky Nelle and Larae Harvey; and his nephew Keven Easterling. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made to the Dana Higdon Memorial Scholarship, Mulberry/Pleasant View Schools Education Foundation, 424 Alma Avenue, Mulberry, Arkansas 72947; or the Parkinson's Foundation with a Tribute Donation.
