With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Nester of Mulberry, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Nester and Ada Nester (Long); and his sister Shirley Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Marla Nester; his children, Sherry Hesson (Raymond) of Mulberry, Carolyn Gresham of Mulberry and Joseph Nester (Amber) of Bentonville; his siblings, Laura Calyate, Betty Smith of Fort Smith, Brenda Scott (William) of Poteau and Larry Nester (Kim) of Georgia; and his grandchildren, Matthew Hesson (Zuri), Morgan Hesson (Brittany), Braden Gresham, Megan Sims-Navarre (Deion), Skylar McCombs, Brecken Smith and Eli Nester. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
