She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Crotts and Dan Crotts; her husband Samuel B. Hawkins III (SB); her children, Jimmy Hawkins and Judy King; and her siblings, Bill Crotts, Paul Crotts, Willie Max Crotts and Maxine Brown Hall.
She is survived by: her brother David Crotts (Janee) of Fayetteville; her daughters, Annette King of Fayetteville, Malynda McCain of Springdale and Sheryl Wilbanks of Mulberry; and her grandchildren, Leigh Medlock, Richard King, Lynette Almasri, Shannon Whitson, Jamye Hawkins, Justin Wilbanks, Sam McCain, Erin Waterman, Eric Allen and Kyle Wilbanks.
