He is survived by : his wife Ruby Wallace; his children, Samantha Gray, Kaylyn Gray, Tina Mae Brown (Bryan), David Lee Wallace Jr. and Dale Wallace; and his grandchildren, Hunter Graves and Payton Miguez. He is also survived by two sister; and two brothers.
