He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Smart and Vernie Lee Sims (Tims). He is survived by: his significant other Helen Smart (Arnold); his children, Justin Smart of Sulphur Rock, Joey Smart of Newark and Sarah Baker (Cecil) of Cave City; and his siblings, Dewayne Smart and Karen Sims of Beebe. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a lifetime of friends.
