She is survived by: her husband Curtis Jean Smith Jr.; her son Curtis Jean Smith III of Newark, Arkansas; her sister Jan Qualls of Cushman, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Curtis Jean Smith IV, Arron Jean Smith and Angel Lee Smith (Jaylin); and her great grandchildren, Justin Smith, Brooklyn Smith, Braxton Smith, Walker Smith and Kinley Maple. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Second Chance Church (470 N Vaughn St, Sulphur Rock, AR 72579).
