She was predeceased by: her parents, Surcey Taylor and Ester Mae Taylor (Freeman); her husband Marvin E. Daniels; her daughter Dana Kay Daniels Alcorn; her siblings, Jesse Lee Taylor and Lula Faye Taylor; and her daughter-in-law D. J. Daniels.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Daniels of Newport, Benny Daniels of Newport, Ray Daniels (Angie) of Newport, Eric Daniels (Crystal) of Newport and Sandy Brooks (William) of Newport; her siblings, Donnie Taylor (Sue Ellen) of Newport, J. B. Taylor (Sandra) of Jacksonport, Sue Durham (Dave) of Searcy, Laura Mae Latner of Mississippi and Bobbie Jean Derrick of Missouri; and her grandchildren, Chad Brooks (Angie) of Greers Ferry, Michael Lee Arnold of Mississippi, Aaron Newman (Emily) of Newport and Ashtin Wallace (Clint) of Grubbs. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jackson's Newport Funeral Home (1900 Malcolm Ave, Newport, AR 72112). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
