She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Edward and Betty Fay Stanford (Brannon). She is survived by: her sons, Brad Howard (Tracy) of Batesville and Eugene Howard Jr. of Jonesboro; her sisters, Vicki Stout (James) of Palm Bay, Sherry Dillon (Jeff) of Foley, Faye Heard of Dardanelle and Karen Williams of Newport; her grandchildren, Tony Valdez, Jessica Davis and Leah Statler (Zach); and her great grandchild Shiloh Salter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
