She is survived by: her husband Steven Howard; her children, David Judd Cissell (Angie) of Newport and Jessica D. Cissell (John Stockert); her stepchildren, Jeremy B. Howard (Amy) of Greencastle, Christopher W. Howard (Liz) of Mahomet and Adrienne C. Bundy of Riverview, Florida; her grandchildren, David M. Cissell, Madeline E. Bundy, Jack C. Howard, Mason J. Howard, Elaine A. Howard, Mallory T. Bundy, Cora A. Howard and Alison M. Howard; and her sister Cynthia C. Biddle (Howard) of Bay.
In lieu of flowers, the Howard family has asked that memorials be made to the Jackson County Humane Society at P.O. Box 154, Newport, Arkansas 72112.
