He is survived by: his wife Jo Cherski Fortune; his children, Jessica Fortune (Dana Hecht) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Jon David Clayton Fortune of Fort Collins, Colorado; his brother Stan Fortune of Newport; his mother-in-law Jackie Willenburg; his brother Jay; his siblings-in-law, Jan Cherski of Austin, Texas, Jon and Melissa Cherski of Descanso, California; his nephew Blaine Fortune of Newport; and his niece Sawyer Grace Cherski of Descanso, California..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation or to the animal shelter of your choice.
