He is survived by: his sons, Andy Smith (Tracy) of Grubbs and Jerry Dale Smith Jr. (Pam) of Lake City; and his grandchildren, Tyler Smith (Brittney) of Bay, Nolan Smith of Jonesboro, Haley Busby (Frankie) of Forrest City, Ashley Smith of Hickory Ridge, Emalee Smith of Hickory Ridge and Natalie Rodriguez of Jonesboro. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
