It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Jean Neely of Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Mike Williams and Agnes Williams (Pharis); her siblings, L. G. Williams, Sam Williams and Virginia Williams; and her former life partner Hoover Goodman.

She is survived by : her son Jimmy Goodman (Margaret) of Newport; her stepchildren, Larry Neely (Edith) of Pleasant Plains, Linda Hesse (Jim) of Weiner and Shirley Mack (Jimmy) of Weiner; her siblings, Paul Williams (Ann) of Grubbs and Ruth McElrath (Wayne) of Grubbs; her grandson Gary Goodman (Donna) of Melbourne; her stepgrandchildren, Kendall Neely, Kraig Neely (Deann) of Pleasant Plains, Kim Evans (Keely) of Pleasant Plains, Mike Kinard (Tara) of Jonesboro, Kip Hesse (Pamela) of Jonesboro, Zach Hesse of Weiner, Brad Mack of Fisher and Brian Mack (Kelly) of Weiner; her great grandchildren, Martin Goodman of Newport, Taylor Weaver of Melbourne and Avery Goodman of Melbourne; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kylann Evins (Kourtnee) of Paragould, Kannon Stevens (Cameron) of Pleasant Plains, Kennedy Neely of Weiner, Kaysen Neely of Weiner, Jesse Kinard of Jonesboro, Luke Kinard of Jonesboro, Jadyn Hesse of Weiner, Cal Hesse of Weiner, Dr. Kamri Herndon of Weiner, Kessler Mack of Fisher and Kaci Reaves (Spencer) of Germany; and her great great grandchildren, Rylan White, Mia Goodman, Kymber Evins, Kambrie Evins, Drake Stevens, Kaidyn Stevens, Kaisley Stevens, Karsyn Stevens, Charley Herndon and Henry Herndon.
