He was predeceased by: his parents, Iona Patterson and Pearl Hattchett; his brothers, Lee Arthur Patterson and Lewis Patterson; his sons, Lonny Patterson Jr., Charles Patterson and Herman Patterson; and the mother of his children Fannie Patterson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Patterson Trimble (Rubin) of Georgia and Carolyn Patterson (Clifford Bell) of Texas; his sister Rose Patterson of Conway; his sibling's children, Patricia Bullock (Arthur) of Maumelle and Reginald Richardson of Newport; and his close friend Ann Stevenson of Newport. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel (2001 AR-367, Newport, AR 72112).
